Principal PrincipalTrey Bradford tbradfor@springisd.org Mr. Bradford brings a strong record of instructional leadership, school improvement, and student achievement to Gloria Marshall Elementary. Most recently, he served as assistant principal and acting principal at Clark Elementary School, where he played an instrumental role in the campus turnaround effort that improved the school’s accountability rating from an “F” to a “C” within one academic year while increasing overall campus performance through data-driven instruction and targeted interventions. During his tenure at Clark Elementary, Mr. Bradford led teacher development, strengthened instructional practices across multiple content areas, and implemented Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to improve student outcomes and campus culture. As acting principal, he successfully led the opening of the 2025-2026 school year, overseeing all aspects of campus operations, staffing, instructional leadership, and school safety. Prior to serving in campus administration, Mr. Bradford was a math interventionist and classroom teacher at Thompson Elementary School, where he was recognized as the 2022 Spring ISD Teacher of the Year. His classroom leadership produced significant gains in student achievement and helped contribute to the campus earning a “B” accountability rating. He also holds the Texas Education Agency’s Master Teacher designation, reflecting his commitment to instructional excellence and educator development. As principal of Gloria Marshall Elementary School, Mr. Bradford will lead the campus in fostering a culture of high expectations, academic excellence, and strong partnerships with students, families, and staff. Mr. Bradford holds a Master of Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education.
