Career & Technical Education

Students are equiped with academic skills and technical expertise for high-demand careers. Through practical experiences and specialized training, CTE programs enable students to gain industry certifications and succeed in their fields after graduation.

Pathways by Cluster

Each career cluster represents a broad industry and group of occupations that require common knowledge and skills. Each Spring ISD Career Pathway details a recommended sequence of coursework based on required and recommended electives.

Student Organizations

Our Career Technical Education program is enriched by student organizations that enhance the educational experience by providing additional opportunities for leadership, teamwork, and skill development. These organizations allow students to apply what they’ve learned in a practical setting, fostering a sense of community and professional growth among peers.

PROMOTING COLLEGE, CAREER & MILITARY READINESS

The Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) program is designed to teach high school students the value of citizenship, leadership, service to the community, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment, while instilling in them self-esteem, teamwork, and self-discipline.
