Welcome to Spring ISD

We’re excited to have you join the district!

In order to get ready for the first day of school, you will need to register your new student (any student who has never attended a Spring ISD school OR a previous Spring ISD student who withdrew and is now re-enrolling) using our online registration system administered by PowerSchool.

For Pre-K registration, please visit this page.

To apply to our Schools of Choice, please visit the School Choice page.

Two Key Steps in the Process:

01

Complete the Online Registration Process

It is important that you answer all the questions completely to ensure your student’s online registration is successfully submitted.  Please know that you can save your work if you need more time. Also, if you’re registering multiple students, the system will prompt you on how to proceed.

Please note: In order to enroll online, you will need an email address.

02

Submit Required Documents

To finalize your student’s registration, you will need to provide new student required documents (see below) to the district. You may submit your required documents electronically during the online registration process.

To help you complete your student’s registration, we have provided a Parent Guide for instructions .

Gather important paperwork!

Frequently Asked Questions

A new student to Spring ISD is a student who has never attended a district school or was not enrolled in Spring ISD at the end of the previous school year.

Yes, you will need to create a PowerSchool account. This will allow you to save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number to create the account.

Please note:
If you have more than one student, you will only need one PowerSchool account. After registering one student, you’ll be able to use your account credentials to complete your next student’s form using the same account. In other words, registration for multiple children can be completed using the same PowerSchool account.

All questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. Please do not skip questions! Reviewing your student’s data and answering the questions in the order provided will make completing the process much easier.

While you can go back to any question, parents often find it difficult to remember where they skipped a question and can end up spending unnecessary time searching for skipped questions.

So make it easy on yourself and don’t skip a question! Follow the order outlined in the form.

No worries! If you would like to make a change prior to submitting the form, you can navigate back to the page using the “< Prev” and “Next >” buttons. Or, if you are already on the Review page, just click on the underlined field to return to that section.

If you have already submitted the form, you will need to contact your student’s school so they can make the changes for you.

If you cannot click the “submit” button, please go back through the form and make sure that you have answered all required questions. A common issue we are seeing involves the “guardian” and “emergency contact” fields.

Please note
: You CANNOT enter the same contact information for guardians that you enter under emergency contacts. You must assign additional individuals — family members or close friends — as your emergency contacts. This is required because in an emergency when guardians cannot be reached, schools need to have another contact to call.

Please know that guardians are always contacted first before emergency contacts are called.

No worries! To retrieve a password, select the “forgot password?” link on the PowerSchool sign-in screen. From there, you will be asked to enter the email address you used to set up your account, where a temporary password will be sent to you.

You can also choose to answer the security questions you established. Once your questions have been answered, you’ll be able to immediately enter a new password.

If these two remedies don’t work, please contact the PowerSchool Registration support line at 866-434-6276 or create a help ticket.

If you experience any technical issues while completing the online form that are not addressed here, please contact the PowerSchool Registration support line at 866-434-6276 or create a help ticket.
