She is a longtime educator and leader in Spring ISD and a product of Spring ISD, graduating from Spring High School. She most recently served as Principal Resident, collaborating with principals from turnaround campuses to increase academic achievement. She has served in multiple other leadership roles, including Assistant Principal, Team Leader, and Teacher at Anderson Elementary.
