Timothy Livingston

Mr. Tim Livingston is the principal of Reynolds Elementary. Before becoming principal at Reynolds Elementary, he served as assistant principal on the campus for four years. He has also worked at Salyers Elementary and Hirsch Elementary in Spring ISD. Livingston holds a bachelor’s degree in workforce education and development from Southern Illinois University-Pensacola, FL Campus, a master’s degree in educational administration from Prairie View A&M University, and an educational specialist degree in leadership in mathematics education from Regent University.

The Spring Independent School District serves over 34,000 prekindergarten through 12th-grade students in a diverse district located 20 miles north of central Houston. From high-quality early childhood programs to college preparation courses and career pathway exploration, there are programs and services designed to meet the needs of every Spring ISD student.
