Richard Hoard

Richard Hoard is the principal of The International School at Salyers. Mr. Hoard has worked as an educator for nine years, serving as a middle and high school math teacher before joining Dekaney High School in 2016. He has served in several roles at the campus, including math instructional specialist, summer school coordinator and summer school principal. In his most recent role as assistant principal at Dekaney, Mr. Hoard led efforts in Curriculum & Instruction, campus behavior and attendance initiatives, and served as a graduation liaison. Mr. Hoard earned both his Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Education in Educational Administration from Chadron State College.
